To get started with ONTrac, follow these steps:

 <li>Download the ONTrac App: The sign-up process is straightforward and free.</li>
 <li>Browse the SMARTrac Library: Coaches and success partners provide customizable SMARTracs within the app. Users can explore this library to find a suitable SMARTrac and enroll in it to begin their journey.</li>
 <li>Review and Follow Scheduled Tasks: Each SMARTrac delineates a goal into smaller milestones, promoting “small wins” that motivate users. Daily tasks required for each milestone are available in the mobile app and can be integrated into users' smartphone calendars. Push notifications can also be activated to remind users of upcoming tasks.</li>
 <li>Track Progress with an Accountability Partner: ONTrac records daily activities and features simple dashboards for tracking progress towards each SMARTrac task and milestone. Coaches and accountability partners can utilize the Accountability Partner Dashboard for real-time insights into users' status.</li>

ONTrac also offers integrations with several platforms to enhance goal tracking:
