The ONTrac digital content platform offers a structured approach for coaches and success partners to simplify complex goals into manageable, measurable tasks. This allows clients to follow a clear pathway towards success across various domains such as health, finance, and time management.

Using the principles of SMART goals, ONTrac enables coaches to design customized action plans known as SMARTracs. These plans are both measurable and time-based, providing clients with a targeted roadmap. The ONTrac app facilitates real-time monitoring of clients' progress through scheduled tasks and milestones. The intuitive design and personalized features of the app enhance user engagement and accountability, thereby increasing the likelihood of achieving desired outcomes. Users benefit from calendar notifications and straightforward dashboards that visually represent their progress, encouraging incremental achievements and sustained motivation.

To get started with ONTrac, follow these steps:

 <li>Download the ONTrac App: The sign-up process is straightforward and free.</li>
 <li>Browse the SMARTrac Library: Coaches and success partners provide customizable SMARTracs within the app. Users can explore this library to find a suitable SMARTrac and enroll in it to begin their journey.</li>
 <li>Review and Follow Scheduled Tasks: Each SMARTrac delineates a goal into smaller milestones, promoting “small wins” that motivate users. Daily tasks required for each milestone are available in the mobile app and can be integrated into users' smartphone calendars. Push notifications can also be activated to remind users of upcoming tasks.</li>
 <li>Track Progress with an Accountability Partner: ONTrac records daily activities and features simple dashboards for tracking progress towards each SMARTrac task and milestone. Coaches and accountability partners can utilize the Accountability Partner Dashboard for real-time insights into users' status.</li>
</ol>

ONTrac also offers integrations with several platforms to enhance goal tracking:

 <li>Health and Fitness: Integrates with Apple Health</li>
 <li>Financial: Securely connects to over 11,500 bank accounts</li>
 <li>Time Management: Integrates with iCalendar, RescueTime accounts, and utilizes Core Location</li>
